About Chris Matts
Chris Matts has been a business analyst since 1995. He has spent most of his career building risk management and trading systems on the trading floor of investment banks. He has been using Agile techniques since 2003 and has been an Agile Transformation Coach since 2012. He discovered “Real Options” based on his knowledge of Risk Management and Agile, and co-wrote a graphic novel about it called “Commitment” with Olav Maassen and Chris Geary. He developed Value Mapping (formerly known as Feature Injection) which helped Business Analysts to adopt Agile. In 2004 he co-created the “Given-When-Then” format with Dan North.
