Onur Özcan is an Agile Coach and consultant at ACM. He coaches, supports helps and leads teams in their efforts to figure out how to apply and adopt the Agile approach to work in their context and with their people.
In addition to coaching, he holds courses, runs seminars, writes blogs on all Agile and lean things like agile leadership, Agile adaptations, scaling and facilitation.
Even though Product Backlog management in team level adds value to specific areas of a business, the overall value delivered and the flow can get damaged because of suboptimal realities and bottlenecks in complex portfolios. Garden aims to create a better flow by frequent management of the entire portfolio of a company. It’s a 1 day event that fosters collaboration of the teams and eases business and dependency management.
