About Andrej Guštin

Andrej Guštin has more than 20 years’ of experience in large-scale project management, business process management, consulting and training. His activities are in general in management business consulting on strategy, process optimization and process innovation. As a “representative from business”, he regularly holds lectures and Case Study presentations at the different university programs in Slovenia. Andrej is a vice president of IIBA CHAPTER SLOVENIA and holds a Science Master Degree. In his spare time, Andrej enjoys cycling, cross-country skiing and diving.

About Jaka Oman

Jaka Oman is the CEO and founder of “resna igra”, which is a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® focused business consultancy. Jaka is one of the first and most experienced certified LSP facilitators in Slovenia and Western Balkan region. His consulting work is concentrated on strategy development, managing organizational culture, increasing productivity and project management.

In 2019 a successful collaboration was made with “resna igra” and IIBA CHAPTER SLOVENIA, where the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method was combined with various BA tools in order to enrich the solution development process.

After finishing the bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Marketing Communications at the Faculty for Social Science at the University of Ljubljana’s, Jaka acquired a master’s degree in International Applied Communication at the Business Schools at the University of Central Lancashire in the UK. Until today, he has more then 10 years experience in various sales, marketing and business development positions in global corporations as well as small and medium enterprises SME.
Apart from business, Jaka is a passionate runner, kite surfer and snowboarder.
