Emre has been working on business analysis area for eight years. And now he continues to his career as Lead-BA @BA-Works. He takes a role on executing a variety of strategic software projects, including clarifying project scope, designing the workflows and project management activities. In addition, he is a good mentor of adapting organization to the new methodologies. On the other hand, he really enjoys swimming, taking photos and blogging.
Meltem is an Electronics Engineer who is highly passionate about analyzing all sorts of problems and finding the optimal solution to it. Combining her academic background, trainings, and passion for analysis, she has been working as an Analyst for seven years. As a continuous learner, she has added stakeholder management, UX and usability perspectives, screen design and front-end development to her skills. She has undertaken network engineer and project manager roles during her career. Currently she is a Senior Business Analyst in BA-Works who also writes blog posts about ways to improve and differentiate business analysis practices.
According to IIBA norms, true “Decision Making” is a fundamental starting point of strategy analysis. Making productive decisions for opportunities or problem solving and observing the all different parts are necessary for the right project scope.
“Six Thinking Hats”, an excellent gamified technique is gonna be experienced at this workshop by the participants. All participants will expend energy through different perspectives to find the best idea. It will be a nice journey to discover all the hats missions such as analyzing facts/data, understanding gut feeling, higher creativity, judgmental view, negative/positive sides.
All participants are going to prototype their outcome means right scope (MVP) via this technique that blended the different perspectives. In this way, workshop will be more delightful and the best solution in ideas will be visualized.
