Who is Barış Köksaldı?

Barış Köksaldı, Head of Project and Agile Transformation at Getir, the pioneer of ultra-fast grocery delivery. Together with his teammates, Barış built and leads both the Project Management Office and the Agile Transformation Office at Getir. Previously, he took part in the roles of analyst, project manager, product manager, scrum master and agile coach at Teknasyon, Doğuş Publishing Group, TCM and Bilin companies. He specialized in mobile, web and desktop application development processes and also team and organizational agility. Currently, he is working towards the efficient execution of projects and business analysis processes and increasing organizational and team agility cultures.
