About Erhan Hatem
Primarily qualified at CRM and digital transformation in banking sector with a decade of experience, Erhan is currently working as a Software Delivery Manager at Garanti BBVA Technology. He has a strong academic background qualifications with Bachelor’s (Industrial Engineering), Minor’s (Psychology) and Master’s (Data analytics) from the top reputable universities (METU, Sabancı) in Turkey. His Master’s degree in data analytics involved various hands-on projects in recommendation systems, churn analysis, credit default classification and text mining. Coming also from a solid business analysis background, nowadays he is pursuing the ways of how to add value to the customers with combination of both business and data perspectives. During his leisure times, he is addicted to fitness & nutrition.
