Janna Bastow is co-founder of ProdPad, product management and roadmapping software for product people. Janna is also co-founder of ProductTank and Mind the Product, a global community of product managers. I’ll be talking about how we transformed our company by focusing on product related objectives, most notably around improving our trial-to-paid conversion rate. We effectively found a way to quadruple our conversion rate and accelerate our growth, and in the talk, I’ll break down the steps and show how something similar can be done in any other company.
