Agile has been successful because it focuses on what makes development teams effective at building software. The problem is that it’s not enough to build and maintain a backlog–business analysts need methods that help them find the right business opportunities to deliver results. In this talk, Kevin will discuss some of Aligned Outcomes’s methods for rapidly capturing business processes and how a process map can be translated into user stories and a product backlog.
This session is relevant for all the attendees including who are new to the field.
