Who is Murat Dikmen?

Murat Dikmen has been a management consultant for over 25 years. Before leaving Strategy& in 2016 to found Fulcrum, he held senior roles at leading multinational consulting firms, serving clients across Turkey, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, CIS countries, and Southeast Asia.

Recently, he has been supporting clients in developing AI strategies and automating business processes with AI. He has developed comprehensive methodologies that cover the full cycle from designing effective AI strategies for companies to successfully implementing them.
