About Özge Doğuç

Dr. Ozge Doguc is a Business Analyst Manager at Bank of America New York. She manages the business processes in the Enterprise and Mark Risk Departments across New York, Dublin and India offices. Her team works with the clients in the US from Global Banking and Global Markets departments. She works on projects to create solutions for the risk managers for changing risk requirements (Basel III, Dodd Frank, etc.) across the bank.

Prior to joining Bank of America, Dr. Doguc worked for Asset Control (a subsidiary of Fidelity Investments) in New York as a Business Analyst and Project Manager for 6 years. There she worked with major banks such as JP Morgan Chase, HSBC, Wachovia and US Federal Reserve in various financial IT projects. Her primary area of focus was centralized data management software and solutions.

Dr. Doguc holds PhD and Master’s degrees in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management from Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey. She published more than 20 academic papers in various acclaimed journals and international conferences. During her studies, she worked in estimating complex system reliability and grid systems. Dr. Doguc is the recipient of many academic awards and recognitions. She is an active member of International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) and American Society of Engineering Management (ASEM).
