Who is Victoria Cupet?
Victoria Cupet is a certified coach, trainer, consultant, best-selling author, and keynote speaker. She has vast experience in business analysis, process management, and project management, as well as in the personal development area.
Victoria’s deep knowledge and strong commitment are proved by more than 20 international certifications. In the business area, some of her credentials are Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Project Management Professional (PMP), and many others.
Victoria contributed as an author for Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK® Guide) v3.0 published by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and as a reviewer for the Business Analysis Foundational Standard created by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Who is Alexander Belin?
Alexander Belin is a space engineer by education with about 20 years experience of working in space industry.
Now Alexander is the internationally certified IT Expert, co-founder and the President of the International Institute of Business Analysis, Russia Chapter (IIBA Russia) with over than 10 years of experience of working as the lead level business analyst in a wide range of business areas, such as: Human and animal dangerous disease control, Anti-Virus Applications, Air-space industry, Logistics, Investment, Background Check, and much more.
Highly educated expert with Postgraduate diploma in “Digital Business” (Columbia Business School in NY and MIT), certified expert in such areas, as Digital Transformation, Digital Platforms, AI, IoT, Cloud, Blockchain and Cybersecurity (MIT and Emeritus Institute of Management)
Being the lead of IIBA regional chapter, Alexander was a project manager and main contributor of project, that aimed development of the State Professional Standard “Business Analyst” in the Russian Federation, project manager, editor and translator of the A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK Guide) to the Russian language, author of Business Analysis education courses conducted in several educational centers around the globe.
Who is Fabrício Laguna?
Fabrício Laguna is the main reference on Business Analysis in Brazil. He is the IIBA Brazil Chapter president since 2012. CBAP, PMP, MBA.
He is Consultant and instructor for more than 25 years, has been helping some of the biggest Brazilian corporations (Financial, Insurance and Governmental orgs) to adapt their methodologies to implement the new age business analyst (agile and committed to business value).
He is Author and producer of videos, articles, classes, lectures and playful content, he can explain complex things in a simple and easy to understand way. Through Udemy and Graphy platforms he have teached students from 45 different countries.
Who is Filip Hendrickx?
After about 10 years in business consulting and a prior 10 years in software engineering and research, Filip Hendrickx founded altershape to help established organisations become corporate startups. To do this, he follows a structured yet pragmatic approach, by bridging BA with lean startup and innovation techniques.
Filip is also co-author with Ian Richards of their upcoming book on business analysis and change.
Finally, as joint president of the IIBA Brussels Chapter, Filip helps support the BA profession and grow the BA community in Belgium.

Who is Mohamed Zahran?
Mohamed Zahran is the president of Egypt Chapter for the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Member of the leadership committee of the IIBA Analytics Special Interest Group, Jury member of the Ukrainian IT awards (2019), Jury member of the world agility forum 2020, Part of the IIBA Guide to Data Analytics authoring and expert reviewer team.
