Now and Future of Business Analysis
The technology industry could play a greater role in shaping the world we live in. We are already in digital age but what about the future?
As Business Analysts, we should draw the picture of the digital future like an architect with all our curiosity, courage, facilitative and collaborative approach. Future is based on orchestrating more than managing, guiding more than mailing, mentoring more than assigning. Our place is not behind the team but near the team! Exploring the new requirements as a synchronized team may be the key of our digital future. Techniques can get older, tools can stay old school, but the point is how you will create the energy and synergy for your projects in this changing world.
