Have you ever been responsible to work through a series of documents and policies in order to take the next step with your project? Honestly speaking, Rainer often had the attitude to get the work done, fast and effective, not willing to spend more work than absolutely necessary. During the studies for his Cybersecurity certificate in parallel to working on a large program, he changed his mind and he would like to share it; why and how he did this.

Who is Rainer Wendt?

Rainer Wendt is Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)®, Certified Cybersecurity Analyst (IIBA-CCA) ®, Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)®, and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®. Mr. Wendt is Managing Director of masVenta Business GmbH and President of the Germany Chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysis.

Mr. Wendt has been working in the IT industry for over 25 years. Prior to founding masVenta, he held various middle management positions in software development and corporate development at Siemens subsidiary Cycos AG and at the German subsidiary of a global player for mobile CRM and billing solutions Amdocs, Israel. Mr. Wendt has led many large software integration projects such as SAP, BMW, German Bundestag Berlin and Vodafone Germany. Since 2009, Mr. Wendt has been continuously appointed project manager of Uniper Global Commodities SE (formerly E.ON) in Düsseldorf until 2019. After co-managed an SAP migration project for ALBA Berlin he is now part of a very large program at ERGO insurance, Düsseldorf. 

This session may require some business analysis experience and expertise.
