About Rich Nadworny
Rich is the design director and co-founder of the service design company Savvy Design Collaborative in Stockholm, Sweden. His role is to help both large organizations and start-up entrepreneurs to use design to create significant positive changes in society and peoples’ daily life. At Savvy, Rich leads design projects to improve or create specific services and he leads capacity building programs that help organizations create their own design-driven and people focused culture.
He also works as the Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Dartmouth College’s Dickey Center for International Understanding for the YALI program, training sub-Saharan African entrepreneurs through his Design Driven Entrepreneurship curriculum.
In Sweden, he is a frequent guest lecturer at Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan, The Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship, and at Uppsala University.
Rich is a commentator at Vermont Public Radio, a National Public Radio affiliate in the U.S., and has been a contributor to the Huffington Post.
He has a B.A. from Dartmouth College, an M.S. in New Media from Boston University and has studied design and innovation at the California College of Arts.
