Who is Figen Özmen?

Figen Özmen graduated from Marmara University Electronics and Communication at 1997. She started her career as an Analyst Programmer at Ulusoy Holding and worked as an Analyst at İktisat Bank between 1999-2002. She worked as System Analyst, Project Manager and System Analysis Manager respectively, since 2003 at AvivaSA Hayat ve Emeklilik. She also had managed Aviva and Akemeklilik transformation programme at 2007, the biggest merger of the Private Pension sector. Until 2015, she worked as the manager of project management and system analysis teams. In 2016, she established Project Management Office. From the beginning of 2018, she is responsible for implementation of the customer-oriented lean transformation program designed to increase the efficiency of the IT team. Finally; since April 2018, he has been working as the Business Solutions Group Manager, responsible for Agile Transformation, IT Portfolio Management and System Analysis functions.
