Lora McCoy is a Principal Consultant with over 25 years of experience in the world of transformation. She has performed roles such as business analysis, strategic consulting, change management, project management, quality assurance and more. She has done so in multiple industries and almost every functional area of a company. She holds four certifications from IIBA: CBAP, AAC, CBDA, CPOA and CCA. She also holds a PSMI certification through Scrum.org. She has such a love for the world of consulting that she teaches and writes about it in her spare time. Consulting is her hobby.
Keynote: Strategy in the World of Agile
We live in such an impatient society. Everything seems to revolve around the idea of “get there yesterday”, “we won’t need it tomorrow, anyway” and “failing fast”. We seem to gravitate towards extremes. But, I believe there is a Goldilocks spot that gives us the best of both worlds. We can be both strategic and agile in our change. In this session, we will talk about: why it is important to be strategic while being agile; how we can be strategic in an agile work environment and what the future would look like if we did.
This session is relevant for all the attendees including who are new to the field.
